What big cities are in Utah?

Utah isn’t known for its vast, urban cities. The largest city in Utah is Salt Lake City – with a population of 200k.

After Salt Lake City, the top four cities are West Valley City, West Jordan, Provo, and Orem. (We know these names may not ring a bell to you!) These cities have under 150k people, while Orem has under 100k.

St. George, Utah, is one of the fasting growing cities in the country. Their population is creeping closer to 100k every year.

With three major geographic areas, there is something for everyone.

First, Utah has the Rocky Mountains – which are perfect for skiing! They have 15 alpine ski resorts in the state.

Next up, they have the Basin and Ridge region. This is found in the western portion of the state. They also can boast about the Canyon Caves too!
