We mean that just because your friend worked well with Sam doesn’t mean you will. Sam may only work in real estate part-time, and you can only contact them at 7 p.m. What happens when you need help and have questions during the day?
Sam may also be hyper-aggressive. This may have been the real estate experience your friend wanted, but it doesn’t give you the warm and fuzzies.
